“Transform” with The Mind Gym

Stuck in a rut? Feel like you’re not living your life the way you’d like to be? This 4 hour workshop will help you identify the areas of your life could benefit from change, and then give you the skills and tools you need to transform them.
Topics that will be covered include

- How we Think – the Neurology of Thought
- What we Think – how’s that Inner Voice?
- Reframing our Thoughts
- Identifying Values
- Managing Expectations
- Healthy Behaviours
- Daily/Weekly Habits to Promote Wellbeing
- One or two surprises!
There’ll be a generous Q & A to round up the afternoon, so any questions or queries you have, can be answered. A full set of CBT hand outs will be supplied, so you will have a set of resources to use long after the “Transform” workshop has finished. You will leave the workshop with knowledge, insight and an easy to follow plan for the lead up to Christmas – a very stressful time for many!
The event takes place in the stunning Montenotte Hotel, Cork, in a beautiful and relaxing space. There will be a break for refreshments, a chance to meet and chat with like minded people. There’s ample free parking at the hotel, and for anyone travelling to the workshop, the hotel serve beautiful food in their Panoramic Bistro and Terrace.
Tickets are €40, and are subject to a booking fee. Registration will take place from 1.30pm, there’s no reserved seating, and lots of people will attend on their own, so don’t be afraid to come along if you’re by yourself – we’re a friendly lot! 🙂 This is a small, intimate workshop, with limited tickets, to facilitate lots of interaction and chat during the workshop, and make it as meaningful as possible for everyone attending, so don’t delay if you’re thinking of joining us!
